Information We Collect

When you use AI Hairstyle Changer, we may collect certain information, including:

• Photos you upload for AI hairstyle, beard, makeup, and age previews
• An anonymous device identifier used for App sessions and generation limits
• Purchase and subscription status used to provide paid features
• Product interaction, other usage data, and diagnostics used to improve reliability and user experience
• Technical information such as device type, operating system, and browser

Analytics Providers

The iOS App uses PostHog to understand screens viewed, feature and plan selections, generation timing, errors, and actions such as saving or sharing. We sample up to 10% of sessions for interface replay. Photos and text are masked, and we do not intentionally send uploaded photo content, prompts, email addresses, authentication tokens, or network request bodies to PostHog.

Service Providers

We use Supabase for service records, Cloudflare R2 for photo storage and delivery, AI generation providers to create requested previews, Google (Gemini) to analyze an uploaded photo for the App's celebrity-resemblance feature, RevenueCat and Apple to verify purchases, and PostHog for product analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their contracted services and are required to protect it consistently with this policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our AI Hairstyle Changer service
• Process your photos through our AI generation providers to create the previews you request
• Analyze an uploaded photo through Google Gemini to suggest resembling celebrities in the App's Celebrity Match feature
• Verify purchases and provide paid features
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Ensure the security and functionality of our platform

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated results remain available until you delete them or they are removed during service maintenance. Anonymous device-session and usage records are retained only as long as needed to enforce generation limits, prevent abuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records under their own policies. In the iOS App, open Settings and choose Delete My Data to delete uploaded photos, generated results, and local history.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Contact us at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed and may prevent features that require photo processing from working.
